Welcome to the Amber Alert Wisconsin website. This website
is designed to provide information about Wisconsin's Amber Alert
program, statewide child abduction alert system. The goal is to
provide a system that uses immediate broadcasts through radio
and television stations to assist law enforcement agencies in
their quest to find abducted children and return them safely to
their parents.
We are all responsible for ensuring the safety of children in
our communities. I am proud of the collaborative efforts of the
Wisconsin Department of Justice, the Wisconsin Broadcasters
Association, Wisconsin Public Radio, The Educational
Communication Board, and law enforcement agencies to develop the
Amber Alert system and help keep children safe in their
communities.
